Design of plastic products

Equipped with a performant CAD material, we assist you on the design of your product, according to the specification document.

Fast Prototyping

We propose to you various ways of realization : machined models, stereolithography and silicone mould.

Prototyp Moulds

We can also realize prototyp moulds, to obtain prototyp parts in "true matter".

Mould Study

Once the product validated, we do the complete design of the mould, with 2D and 3D files for each element, and for the electrod(s), if necessary.

CAM

The study files are transformed on fabrication files directly usable by the workshop staff. Our CAM program transforms the geometries resulting from the CAD system into tools course.

Mould's Fabrication

Our workshop is particularly powerful thanks to its complete and coherent unit of modern machines ; necessary to the realization of the moulds (erosion and milling machines...).

Tries and preproduction mouldings

All our moulds are tested and developed in-house on our presses, before being sent to the customer in perfect operating state.

We are capable to provide you a preproduction.
